Balanced eating is an important habit to follow, for our physical health as well as our mental health. Some times, due to circumstances that we experience it can be really difficult for us to following a healthy, balanced diet.

For some people, social media can also play a role in how we think about food and our eating habits.

In this workshop we will:

  • Discuss what balanced eating is
  • Explore the barriers to eating a balanced diet
  • Discuss the influence of social media on our eating habits
  • Provide tips for maintaining a balanced diet & share further resources

This workshop is delivered in partnership with Dietitians from the Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Healthy Living Service
