Our courses take place in community venues, including:

 

Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds (Holbeck)

Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds, Clyde Works, Ingram Road, Leeds LS11 9RQ

Jamyang is directly opposite J.P.Wild (Builders) with bus services including; 55, 254, 255, 299 stopping on (or close to) Ingram Road. On free street park is available outside and adjacent to the centre.  For more information: please click here.

 

Quaker meeting house (Leeds city centre)

Quaker Meeting House (Leeds City Centre), 188 Woodhouse Lane,
Leeds LS2 9DX.

The Meeting House is on the east side (on the right coming from Leeds city centre) of Woodhouse Lane at the junction with St Mark’s Street opposite Leeds University.

By bus: all buses to the university: 1, 6, 28,56,97. From the city centre ask for the stop near ‘The Eldon Pub’ i.e. the stop after the Parkinson Building Steps (University Clock Tower).  From Headingley, the bus stop is just after you pass the meeting house.

By foot: 20 mins uphill going out of town to the University of Leeds, Parkinson Building.

Please note the venue only has onsite parking bays for people with accessibility issues and this needs to be arranged at the point of booking.

Northlight Arts Centre

Northlight, 31 Potternewtone Lane, Chapel Allerton, Leeds, LS7 3LW

Northlight is a not-for-profit arts centre and gallery nestled in the heart of LS7.  The venue is  wheelchair accessible with accessible toilet on the ground floor.  The centres conservatory and garden are not currently accessible for wheelchair users.  There is a dedicated car park to the side of the building that is free to use and free on-street parking close by.

Northlight Arts centre is easy to get to by bus with several services running throughout the day. You will need to get off at the Lidl Supermarket on Harrogate Road. Catch buses 2, 3, 3A or the number 36 Harrogate bus. Northlight Arts Centre is a two minute walk, situated behind Lidl.

 

Lovell Park Hub

 

Lovell Park Hub, Wintoun Street, Woodhouse, Leeds, LS7 1DA

On foot: Lovell Park hub is a approximately a 15 minute walk from Leeds city center (northbound). Walking up New Briggate, past Home Sense and Belgrave Music Hall. Crossing over the ring road following North Street, and walking with Lovell Park on your left hand side and passing Leeds College of Building on your right.

By bus: North Street bus stop: 7, 7a, 7s, from Infirmary Street 2, 3, 3a and New Briggate 12, 13, 13a.

Car parking: Lovell Park has a small number of permitted parking spaces, which cannot be guaranteed. Please inform us at booking, and arrive early if you intend to park.
