Being well together: Exploring WRAP recovery themes
This course is separate from our Wellness Recovery Action Plan® course, and explores key wellness themes, which are commonly discussed during WRAP courses.
You don’t need to have attended a WRAP course to take part in ‘being well together’, but if you have, this course may be a useful follow up, and help you to take action in prioritising your wellbeing.
Through facilitated activities, group discussion and individual reflection time, over the course, we’ll be focusing on important topics including; nurturing self-compassion, managing negative thoughts, encouraging self-esteem, creating healthy boundaries, and strengthening support networks.
Session topics::
- Session 1: Exploring wellness and recovery themes.
- Session 2: Nurturing self-compassion.
- Session 3: Influence of negative thoughts.
- Session 4: Self-esteem and valuing me.
- Session 5: Creating healthy boundaries.
