Exploring emotions: Relationship with self, self-harm & disordered eating (Mar)

While emotions can have a helpful role in our daily life, when our resilience is low or our mental health isn’t good, they can have a big impact on how we think and what we do.

In this workshop we’ll be;

  • Exploring how our emotions impact on what we think about ourselves and our relationships with others
  • Looking at key elements of our diet and disordered eating online workshop
  • Taking part in a self-harm Q&A
  • Considering what supports our mental wellbeing and introducing ‘words for wellbeing’
