While emotions can have a helpful role in our daily life, when our resilience is low or our mental health isn’t good, they can have a big impact on how we think and what we do.
In this workshop we’ll be;
- Exploring how our emotions impact on what we think about ourselves and our relationships with others
- Looking at key elements of our diet and disordered eating online workshop
- Taking part in a self-harm Q&A
- Considering what supports our mental wellbeing and introducing ‘words for wellbeing’
