EMERGE Leeds: Complex Emotional Needs Service
At EMERGE, Service User Involvement is led by a team with lived experience of the difficulties associated with complex emotional needs, whose role it is to ensure that the voices of people using the service are heard, responded to, and respected through action.
Our pledges to you
-
- Every person using our services can be actively engaged in planning their own care. We want to make sure that you, as well as those who support you, have the loudest voices in developing your care plans.
- We’ll ensure everyone knows about all the opportunities to get involved, and continue to create new, accessible, exciting ways to feedback and join in. We will put support in place to ensure any barriers to involvement are removed.
- The Involvement Team will work to strengthen qualities of curiosity, equality, respect of individuality, and of belonging, in the work carried out in our community.
- To make sure that everyone participating in an involvement project receives proper financial reimbursement or payment, through the Patient Experience Team.
If you would like to learn more about these pledges, or the commitment that EMERGE makes to you, then please ask your keyworker for a copy of our Involvement Strategy, or contact the Involvement Team.
