Medical Director wanted
Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior clinical leader to join its Board of Directors as Medical Director.
The Trust’s Chief Executive, Dr Sara Munro, explains: “We are looking for a Medical Director to join our board at a time of both challenge and opportunity. Our strategic priorities require a vital contribution from this role, both professionally and corporately, as well as the effective management of certain key functions and processes.
“We are seeking someone with person centred values, drive, demonstrable leadership qualities, and a track record of success. We want a person who is as ambitious as we are for the future of mental health and learning disability services and someone who recognises the importance of clinical leadership, patient and staff engagement.
“Applicants should have current or recent experience as a medical director or in a senior medical leadership role.”

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist mental health and learning disability services to people in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and Low Secure Forensic Service in York which serve the regional population. Some of our specialist services accept referrals from across the country.
