When things are up in the air and your thoughts are disordered the idea of getting everything down on paper in one neat list, can be overwhelming.

Mind maps can help to ‘map’ out our thoughts and feelings, creating connections that inspire other ideas and can support us to think things through, such as; steps to a goal, our emotions, making decisions, even organising day-to-day tasks.

This workshop introduces mind maps as a creative and fun way to organise your thoughts in order to come up with solutions.

  • Consider how mind maps may help your decision making
  • Create your own personal mind map
