Wellness Recovery Action Plan® or WRAP® is a structured course that will help you to consider what is important for your health and wellbeing, and then develop practical strategies to support it.

WRAP® is used world-wide by people who are dealing with all kinds of health and life challenges, it helps you notice when things don’t seem to be quite right in your life and supports you to get back to
feeling your best.

In this online course we will;

  • Explore the history of WRAP® , its key values and how developing a plan may support your wellbeing
  • Introduce the concept of personalised recovery and share ideas which may help you in developing your own wellness plan
  • We will develop a list of wellness tools and create a plan which you can use everyday to  support your health and wellbeing

WRAP® also includes making plans for when things are breaking down or you are in crisis. This content is covered in our physical, face-to-face 12 week course.

This course is suitable for adults who would like to improve their general wellbeing and recovery. Due to the reflective nature, this course is not suitable for people who are experiencing significant mental health difficulties or are in crisis.
