Join the CREST Team

Our Community Rehabilitation Enhanced Support Team (CREST) is a new and dynamic team of multidisciplinary clinicians and peer support workers. We’ve established a new way of working in the community for people with complex mental health and intensive rehabilitation needs who often don’t have their voices heard and, as a result, don’t have their needs fully met.

We currently have vacancies in this service for nurses and a mental health practitioner. If you are interested in finding out about joining this team or would like to apply, please see the vacancies below.
