Was there any decision between the apprenticeship route and any other route?
Luckily, this apprenticeship (at the time) included an MSc Degree component with the opportunity to gain industry-standard apprenticeship qualification.
What has been your proudest achievement on your apprenticeship to date?

- Chartered Manager qualification with Chartered Management Institute

What would your advice be to anyone thinking about doing an apprenticeship?
- Go for it if you can – an excellent opportunity to train on the job for free!
- Requires personal commitment and discipline – it can sometimes be tricky to achieve a study-life balance.
