We want to make sure you feel included in decisions about your care and the wider service. Here’s what we promise:

  1. You are at the centre of your care. Your voice, and the voices of those who support you, should be the most important part of your care plan.
  2. We will make it easy for you to get involved. We will tell you about opportunities to share feedback and create new, accessible ways for you to participate. If there are any barriers to getting involved, we will support you to overcome them.
  3. We will build a supportive and respectful community. Our team will encourage curiosity, equality, and a sense of belonging in everything we do.
  4. We will recognise and value your contributions. If you take part in an involvement project, you will receive appropriate financial reimbursement or payment through the Patient Experience Team.

If you would like to know more about these commitments, ask your keyworker for a copy of our Involvement Strategy, or email the Involvement Team.
