Exclusion Criteria
If an individual meets any of the criteria below, they are likely to be more appropriately served by an alternative service.
- Individuals whose primary needs relate to mental health conditions, which are better addressed by other specialist services (for example psychosis).
- Individuals with significant developmental disorders or acquired brain injuries.

Referral process
We discuss all referrals on a Wednesday morning. Following this, key professionals involved in the referral will be invited to 30-minute meeting we call Referrals: Live! This is an innovative video triage, the aim of which is to transform the traditional, paper-based referral process into a real-time, relational space that fosters meaningful collaboration between services. The process hopes to offer teams a psychologically safe space to pause, reflect, and receive validation and for our team to identify the most effective way we can support you.
