Freedom of Information

Every public authority including our Trust has a duty to provide access to the information they publish under the Freedom of Information Act (2000).

Our Trust has two main duties under the act:

  1. to have a Publication Scheme; and
  2. to deal with individual information requests from the public.

Freedom of Information requests

Our Trust will deal with individual requests from the public under the Freedom of Information Act (2000). Anyone can make an information request regardless of age, nationality, or location. Your request does not have to mention Freedom of Information, but it must be made in writing.

You can submit your written request either by email or through the post.

We will acknowledge all freedom of information requests within one working day and you will receive a response to your request within 20 working days.
