Service user and carer feedback event - improvements to Community Mental Health Services
Improvements to Community Mental Health Services
In March 2019 we went live with our redesigned community mental health services across Leeds. Last year we held discussions with our service users and carers, third sector partners, and our NHS and Local Authority partners across the city to gain feedback on the proposed changes and to identify if there were any gaps. Now, 6 months in, we would like to gain your feedback on the changes since their implementation.
We value the opinion of our service users and we’d like you to take part in the discussion. Therefore we have arranged two open meetings on the dates, times and venues as follows:
Tuesday 15 October at 5pm to 7pm
Tennants Hall, Acre Close, Middleton, Leeds LS10 4HX
Please note that a light tea will be provided

There’s also a questionnaire to help you tell us what you think – it’s also available on our website if you’d prefer to fill it in online https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/KF5KC/
Our website has more detailed information about our redesigned community mental health services for both older people’s services and working age adult services https://www.leedsandyorkpft.nhs.uk/get-involved/community-mental-health/
We genuinely want to know what people think and will be collating all the comments we get into a report. That report will also describe any changes we make in response to your feedback. We very much hope you will take part and look forward to hearing your feedback.
