My lived experience, combined with strong communication skills and a passion for systemic change, equips me to make a meaningful contribution to shaping more inclusive and empowering NHS mental health services.

It is an honour to serve in this role, reflecting my commitment to improving the quality and safety of care. I actively champion equality, diversity, and inclusion, advocating for all communities, including ethnic minority individuals who may experience cultural shame or silence around mental health. These experiences empower me to confidently and empathetically represent the voice of service users, reinforcing the vital importance of service user involvement in mental health transformation.
