Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors’ meetings take place six times over the calendar year, in January, March, May, July, September and November.

Starting at 9.30am on the last Thursday of the month, they are held at various venues across Leeds and York. We invite staff and service users from across the Trust to present a ‘Sharing Stories’ session at the start of each meeting.

We publish the agenda, papers and minutes for each public Board meeting on our website. The minutes are published once the meeting has taken place.

If the papers are required in any other format/language, please contact Corporategovernance.lypft@nhs.net with your requirements, and we will endeavour, where possible, to meet your needs.

Attending a public Board meeting

Members of the public are welcome to attend our public Board meetings and are welcome to ask questions. These must be submitted in advance. Before submitting your question, please read our guidelines for submitting questions to Board meetings.
