Brain BITE

Survey to shape diet support in mental health.

What is the study about?
BRAIN BITE is a national survey to learn more about what people with symptoms of mental health, neurodevelopmental, or behavioural conditions (conditions such as low mood, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders among others) want and need from a diet and nutrition support program. This study will use the information gathered to identify what kinds of support people want, how they would like to access it, and any barriers they face in improving their diet. The findings will be used to develop and test targeted nutrition support programmes in NHS and community settings and to build a group of interested participants for future research.
