Research Hero of the Month – June 2026

This month we are celebrating Shaun Wilkinson, Head of Reporting, for his ongoing support with Akrivia Health to help us better understand data in our care records.

Shaun has worked with (remarkable!) patience with the research team, helping to translate complex technical language into smaller workable tasks in order to progress a, sometimes, difficult project. He has truly encompassed the Trust value of simplicity, what could have been a daunting project for those without a background in databases or digital infrastructure has been made much more straightforward.

Shaun’s understanding of the Akrivia platform and how data is stored in our care records is helping us to ensure that we build a functional way to interrogate our data in research, service evaluation and audit projects.

We are very grateful for the time, expertise, and dedication Shaun continues to bring to this project.
