Specialised Supported Living Service (SSLS)

Who we support

Anyone with an eligible learning disability who has been accepted for support by adult social care and is assessed as needing the services provided through this assessment process. Compatibility with other tenants and support needs will all be factors in determining the suitability of any vacancy.

Referral process

All referrals should be made via the ‘Leeds Adult Social Care Learning Disability Nominations Panel’. This can only be done by a social worker or care manager.
