Welcome to the Community Mental Health Pharmacy Service.

We are the Community Mental Health Pharmacy Team—a dedicated group of specialist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working across GP practices and mental health services in Leeds. Our goal is to support you in getting the best possible outcomes from your mental health medication by:

• Providing clear, evidence-based advice on the effectiveness of your medication, and helping you determine if it’s the right fit for you.
• Assessing key factors like potential side effects, medication interactions, available treatment alternatives, and your ability to adhere to your treatment plan, all while considering your physical health conditions.
• Collaborating with your GP and other healthcare providers, ensuring they have the confidence and knowledge to address any questions you may have about your mental health medications.
