Multiagency KUF Training Shows Strong Impact in 2024-2025 Annual Review
The Knowledge and Understanding Framework (KUF), a multiagency training initiative focused on supporting complex service-user groups, has once again demonstrated its value through its 2024-2025 Annual Review.
This year’s review highlights the significant progress made by participants, with self-assessment scores showing marked improvement in key areas such as knowledge, confidence, and understanding. These gains reflect the programme’s focus on equipping professionals from a range of agencies to better support individuals with complex needs.
Participants rated their development using pre- and post-training measures, scoring on a scale of 1 to 10. Results consistently indicated increased belief in their own ability to make a difference, as well as greater trust in their organisations’ capacities to support service users effectively.
Training feedback further underscored the programme’s success. Attendees evaluated the course content and delivery on a 1 to 10 scale, with high levels of agreement to positive statements about the training’s relevance and quality. Trainer performance was also rated highly, with scores out of 5 and an accompanying word cloud reflecting themes such as “engaging,” “insightful,” and “supportive.”
The annual review reflects a continued commitment to cross-sector collaboration and professional development, reinforcing KUF’s position as a cornerstone of effective multiagency work with vulnerable populations.
As the programme moves into the next year, the KUF team aims to build on this success, ensuring professionals remain well-equipped to respond to the evolving needs of the communities they serve.
