Interested in how to use social media to promote wellbeing and stay safe online?

Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Services and Leeds Personality Disorder Clinical Network are offering a free Social Media Awareness Session for service users on Tuesday 16 April, 10.30am-12pm.

The session will focus on how to use social and digital media to actively promote wellbeing and how to filter out what isn’t helpful.  It will also  provide a range of tips for staying safe and maintaining your privacy online.

The session will take place at Leeds Civic Hall in Committee Room 3.

All adult mental health service users are welcome but places are limited so please book in advance.
