Our Service User Network (SUN) Meeting takes place on the first Wednesday of the month.
Our Service User Network (SUN) meeting is taking place on Wednesday, 5 July, from 1 p.m. until 2.30 p.m. It will be held at the New Wortley Community Centre, 40 Tong Road, Leeds, LS12 1LZ.
On this day, we will be celebrating the 75th birthday of the NHS, and we would love for you to join us in saying thank you’ to LYPFT staff. You will have a chance to write your own thank-you message, or have it filmed by our LYPFT videographers (only if you wish).
Cake and refreshments will be provided.
Come along and find out more about opportunities where you can get involved with the Trust. Please share with colleagues, service users, and their relatives, friends, and carers. Everyone is welcome to attend.

We can pay up to £4.50 if you use public transport or book your own taxi. If you use your own car, we can pay 45p per mile from your home address to the venue and back home. If your mental or physical health impacts on your ability to travel and could stop you from attending this event, let Vanessa know via email vanessa.johnson4@nhs.net by Tuesday, 4th July so that she can arrange a taxi for you through the Trust.
The Service User Network (SUN) is a monthly meeting where service users, carers and staff with lived experience meet to share their experiences of Trust services.
Your voice and influence can help shape future services.
Guest speakers are invited at the request of members.
