Our July Council of Governors meeting will take place on Tuesday 7 July 2020 at Priory Street Centre, York.
The Council of Governors is the body that provides local accountability to the Trust’s service users, carers, staff, stakeholders and the wider public. The Council consists of 30 individuals, made up of both appointed and elected governors. The Council of Governors shares information and key decisions with foundation trust members.
Our Council of Governors meets four times throughout the year at a number of different venues. Council of Governors’ meetings are chaired by the Chair of the Trust, and members of the Trust’s Board of Directors are also present.
The agendas and supporting papers for each Council of Governors’ meeting are posted onto our website around one week before the meeting.
Members of the Trust, staff and public are welcome to attend any public Council of Governors’ meetings to listen to the discussions and see our Governors in action. However, if you would like to ask a question these should be submitted in advance to Corporate Governance Team Leader, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
