Cygnus - understanding personality disorder course

A course on understanding personality disorder for family, friends and supporters.

A six week course that will focus and build on a variety of topics, including:

what is personality disorder?
ways of offering support to people who experience difficulties consistent with a personality disorder
how to look after yourself

We advise that you attend all sessions to ensure you get the most out of the course.

Sessions for this course take place on Tuesdays between 12.30pm and 2.30pm on the following dates:
