Cygnus is a course on understanding personality disorder for family, friends and supporters. The course runs for six weeks plus an introductory session. These will be held on a Tuesday evening from 5.30pm-7.30pm.

Each week we will focus and build on a variety of topics, including:

• What is personality disorder?
• Ways of offering support to someone who experiences personality disorder.
• How to look after yourself.

We advise that you attend all sessions to get the most out of the course.

The course usually runs three times a year in various locations and at different times. We are hoping to offer face to face groups in 2022.
