At Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible work of our teams and individuals who go above and beyond to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Here are our latest winners for Team of the Month, Individual of the Month.

Team of the Month

Ward 4 at the Mount

Over the past year, this dedicated team has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care for patients with complex needs and physical comorbidities.

Their approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and flexibility. By working creatively and collaboratively, the team has ensured that every patient receives person-centred and trauma-informed care. This commitment is reflected in the overwhelming positive feedback from patients, with comments such as “I feel happy here,” “a very caring ethos,” and “staff couldn’t do enough for you.”

Manager Rachel Conway shared her appreciation: “I feel very fortunate to have joined them part way through the year, it is such a pleasure to work with such a caring group of people, and it makes me very hopeful for the future.”
