Why you chose your apprenticeship?

Was there any decision between the apprenticeship route and any other route?

Luckily, this apprenticeship (at the time) included an MSc Degree component with the opportunity to gain industry-standard apprenticeship qualification.

What has been your proudest achievement on your apprenticeship to date?

• Chartered Manager qualification with Chartered Management Institute
• Improved self-confidence and productivity

What would your advice be to anyone thinking about doing an apprenticeship?

• Go for it if you can – an excellent opportunity to train on the job for free!
• Requires personal commitment and discipline – it can sometimes be tricky to achieve a study-life balance.
