Annual Arts and Minds exhibition highlights the power of creativity

Discover the Arts & Minds Annual Exhibition 2026 at Left Bank Leeds, featuring artwork from 50 artists across Leeds and showcasing the positive impact of creativity on mental health and wellbeing

The annual Arts & Minds Annual Exhibition 2026 returns this autumn, showcasing the creativity, talent and lived experiences of artists from across Leeds. The exhibition will run from 7 October to 13 November at Left Bank Leeds, featuring work from 50 artists and marking the 21st annual exhibition hosted by Arts & Minds.

For more than 20 years, Arts & Minds has provided a welcoming space where people can explore creativity, build confidence and connect with others through shared experiences. What began as a small grassroots initiative has grown into an established programme supporting recovery, wellbeing and social connection through a wide range of creative activities.

The annual exhibition is a celebration of that journey, bringing together artwork from both established and emerging artists. Visitors can expect a diverse collection of pieces reflecting different styles, mediums and perspectives, highlighting the positive impact creativity can have on mental health and wellbeing.

Over the years, Arts & Minds has helped participants develop new skills, increase their confidence and take on opportunities including volunteering, leading sessions and curating exhibitions. At its heart, the programme is built on community, co-production and the belief that creativity can help people express themselves in ways that go beyond words.

The exhibition is free to visit and takes place at Left Bank Leeds, Cardigan Road, Leeds LS6 1LJ. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, with extended opening until 9pm on Wednesdays. Visitors are encouraged to check the venue’s events calendar before travelling as the venue may occasionally close for private events.

Whether you’re an art enthusiast, supporter of local creativity or simply looking for inspiration, the Arts & Minds Annual Exhibition 2026 offers an opportunity to discover remarkable artwork while celebrating the power of creativity, connection and wellbeing.
