Service Notice: Global Protect Outage

We are currently experiencing an issue with Global Protect, which is affecting some staff members' ability to connect remotely

As a result, the Communications Team is currently unable to be reached by phone until the service has been restored.

The relevant teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore access as quickly as possible. During this time, some colleagues and teams may have limited access to systems and may not be contactable by telephone.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while the issue is resolved.
