Research Hero of the Month - June

A shout out to IT and Rob one of our Desktop Support Analysts

Research heroes are individuals who support research in the background right across the organisation. We want to take the opportunity to celebrate their contribution and thank them for making a difference.

This month we would like to give a shout out to Rob Kershaw from the IT department.

Rob is a commendable Desktop Support Analyst within LYPFT.  His dedication and efforts towards supporting the Trust’s research teams and a lot of other clinical and corporate departments are truly praiseworthy.

Rob exemplifies professional excellence and exceptional technical skills in his role. He goes above and beyond to ensure that all desktops/laptops within the Trust function smoothly and efficiently. His exceptional problem-solving abilities enable him to diagnose and troubleshoot any IT-related issues experienced by the Trust’s research teams.

Overall, Rob Kershaw is a valuable asset to LYPFT. His excellent work ethic and dedication to supporting staff contribute immensely to the success of the Trust’s research initiatives.
