Our Annual Review showcasing achievements at the Trust for 2023/24

We have published our Annual Review, Quality Account and Annual Report for 2023/24 for Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Trust, we faced several challenges in 2023 and 2024. Despite this, our hard working teams and services managed the complexity, risk, and decision-making incredibly well, and we are proud to celebrate how we came together and everything we have achieved.

We have published our reports and accounts for April 2023 to March 2024. You can read and review the Quality Account and Annual Report for a complete, in-depth look at the Trust; we also produce our Annual Review, a condensed overview of the Quality Account and Annual Report. The Annual Review also includes highlights from staff and service users, including reasons to be proud, staff and service celebrations, achievements, awards and accreditations from the past year.

Our Annual Review is available to read online, and we also share printed copies at our Annual General Meeting and our Trust HQ, St Mary’s House, Leeds.

What is our Quality Account document?

At Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT), we are proud to provide high-quality mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity care. We know that as an NHS healthcare provider we have to assess the quality of our services so that we can look at how to improve them. To do this, we produce a Quality Account report which details the progress we have made in improving the quality of services since the last report. The Quality Account also highlights many things we are proud of, identifies our challenges, and discusses how to address them.
