National Oversight Framework data and performance ratings
The publication of the National Oversight Framework (NOF) data for quarter 1 of 2026/7 was released on Friday 11 September 2026.
Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) has now been placed in segment 3 – which means “below average and/or financial deficit.”
The NHS Oversight Framework assesses integrated care boards (ICBs) and NHS trusts to enhance public accountability for performance and identify providers that require support to improve.
All 205 NHS Trusts in England are placed in a segment between 1 (high performing) and 4 (low performing). Segment 5 is reserved for the most challenged organisations that require the most support to improve.
The table below shows the Trust’s scores in the six domains it is measured against for the current quarter, with a comparison to the previous quarter where that exists.
