Help shape our new website

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) and Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust (LCH) are merging to form Leeds Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in 2027.

As part of this, we’re starting to think about the design and content of our new website, and we’d love your help.

We want to make sure the new site is easy to use, helpful, and meets people’s needs. To do that, we’re asking for your feedback on our current website, what works well, what doesn’t, and what you think could be improved.
