Your experience and feedback is invaluable in helping us make improvements to our services and provide the care that you, or those you care for, need.
So we have developed a Patient Experience and Involvement Strategy which will help us to:
- Make sure patients, service users and carers are involved in all aspects of their care
- Improve how we collect, understand and act on your feedback
- Develop support services and direct the carers, family and friends of our patients to the correct support agencies
We now need your help to get this Strategy over the finish line and make sure that we’re going in the right direction.
