Covid-19 Booster deadline day is approaching

Make sure you and yours are protected

Time is running out for you to get your Covid-19 booster this winter as the Trust will not be providing inoculations to staff after Wednesday 31 January.

With respiratory tract infections rising in West Yorkshire colleagues are being advised to get their winter vaccinations booked now to help contain the spread of Flu and Covid-19.

The Trust will be providing Flu vaccinations till March 2024 – a final date will be announced soon – but colleagues are advised that clinics have now ended. To book a personal appointment for either inoculation you will need to email infection control.

If you have had either the Flu vaccination or Covid-19 booster between 11 September 2023 and January 31st, your name will go into the hat to win one of the two £50 shopping vouchers. You do not have to have had your inoculation done at the Trust, so long as it is recorded that is all you will need to be in with a chance of winning.

So, if you have not booked your winter vaccinations yet, make sure you do before the end of January to be in with a chance of getting a nice boost to your wallet or purse, and to help keep everyone nice and healthy this winter.
