I have personal experience of using mental health services and care deeply about making sure that people are listened to, respected, and seen as whole human beings, not just as ‘service-users’ or problems to be solved. I want to help ensure that voices, which can often get lost within a large and busy organisation, are heard and valued within the Trust’s decision-making.

I am committed to listening with care and supporting improvements which make the experience of using services kinder and more helpful for people, as this experience can have a lasting impact.
