elected to the Council of Governors & Our Governors

I have over 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management across NHS services, private healthcare and commercial settings. My work has involved helping to maintain safe, compliant and well-run environments, while working closely with colleagues across operational, clinical and senior roles.

I wanted to become a governor because I know how much good care depends on people and services working effectively behind the scenes. Non-clinical staff make an important contribution to safety, quality and the experience of service users, and I want to help ensure their perspective is heard.

In my governor role, I want to represent non-clinical staff fairly and bring my practical experience to the Council of Governors. I value clear thinking, constructive challenge and improvements that make a meaningful difference to staff and to the people the Trust serves.
