Dr Venters is a General Adult Psychiatrist working in Rehabilitation and Recovery. He leads the Trust’s informatics strategy. He works nationally on improving mental health informatics through his links with NHS Digital and the Royal College of Psychiatrists Informatics Committee.

Dr Venters has been involved in several multi-centre research projects.

He has some experience of medicolegal work.
