We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic social worker to join our Rehabilitation and Recovery Services.
At the Complex (Locked) Rehabilitation Service, we highly value our workforce and are dedicated to investing in the development of our staff. Along with the mandatory training the Trust provides, we have a training and development strategy that outlines our training priorities based on the specialized knowledge and skills needed to support our service users.
We tailor our training to each staff member’s job role and discuss it with them during regular supervision and career conversations. Some examples of training options include leadership, dual diagnosis, family work, cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma-informed care, anti-racist practice, and recovery-focused interventions.
