Lifestyle Health and Wellbeing Survey
A survey of health and lifestyle behaviours of people with severe mental ill health
What is this study about?
The aim of the study is to gather a cohort of adults in the UK who are living with a severe mental illness (SMI) in order to collect valuable information about their health and general wellbeing.
The study hopes to provide valuable information to help the NHS make decisions about what type of lifestyle interventions to provide people in the future and provide evidence to support future research into new interventions and services for this population.
Who can take part?
- People with a documented diagnosis of a Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder or
- Anyone over the age of 18 years old
What is involved?
Interested participants are asked to complete a short three page questionnaire and have the option to agree to being part of the studies cohort and receive future questionnaires about their health and wellbeing.
