Effectively disseminating outputs and impact of research

The research department continues to seek ways to ensure it disseminates the outputs and impacts of research.

In the last year this has included a refresh of the Trusts Innovation magazine. This twice yearly magazine highlights research activities within the Trust including outputs of some research that has been conducted within the Trust. We regularly collect testimonies from staff about their experiences of contributing to research. These are shared on our website. We have held a series of roadshows in 23/24 to highlight the research department and how we can support staff and service users.

There have been 59 research papers published from research projects supported in the Trust.
