Help us to improve the way we work with those who use our services, their carers and families

Our Trust has a long history of positive patient experience, involvement and carer feedback. This helps us to ensure we work to our Trust values of caring, integrity and keeping things simple.

We have some excellent examples of inclusion and involvement through SUN (Service User Network) and SUNRAYS, Triangle of Care, clinical services’ best practice and joint partnership working with our stakeholders, including third and faith sector and user and carer-led groups.

However, we know that we can make further improvements to the way we work with service users, carers, and families. This workshop aims to bring people together to share ideas about how we can engage better. It’s taking place on Friday 22 March between 10am and 3pm at The Met Hotel in Leeds. Please come along and help us make a difference together.

To book on to the workshop, please contact the Patient Experience Team: patientexperience.lypft@nhs.net or 0113 85 56758 (X56758). You can also book your place via Eventbrite.

If you are a service user or carer, your travel expenses will be paid and any reasonable adjustments that may be required can be discussed with the team.
