Our Service User Network (SUN) Meeting takes place on the first Wednesday of the month.
We’d love to see you face to face at the Service User Network (SUN) meeting on Wednesday 5 April at 1pm until 2.30pm. It will be held at the Age UK Hub, Bradbury Building, Mark Ln, Leeds LS2 8JA near St John’s Church and next to the Sainsburys. Refreshments will be provided.

At SUN, there’s a chance to give your ideas on ways to celebrate NHS75 at LYPFT in July 2023. We also have an opportunity to inform pharmacy services on the medicines information given out on discharge. Pharmacy and medicine leaflet Thursday 20th April and email patientexperience.lypft@nhs.net if you would like to join this face-to-face session on Thursday 20th April.
We’ll also be thanking the amazing Paul Frazer for all his hard work and introduce Usmaan Khan as the SUN new Co-Chair.
Come along and find out more about opportunities where you can get involved with the Trust. Please share with colleagues, service users and their relatives, friends, and carers. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Kindly let us know ahead of time if you have any reasonable adjustments that need to be made. For this event, we can reimburse travel expenses. We can pay up to £4.50 if you use public transport or book your own taxi. If you use your own car, we can pay 45p per mile from your home address to the venue and back home. If your mental or physical health impacts on your ability to travel and could stop you from attending this event, let Vanessa know via email vanessa.johnson4@nhs.net so that she can arrange a taxi for you through the Trust.

Your voice and influence can help shape future services.
