Council of Governors election results

Four new governors have been elected to join the Trust's Council of Governors.

The spring round of elections concluded on Thursday 16 March, and the following candidates have been elected

  • Joanne Goode (staff clinical) – elected unopposed
  • Andrew Johnson (staff clinical) – elected unopposed (re-elected for a second term)
  • Sarah Chilvers (staff non-clinical) – elected unopposed
  • Ellie Palmer (service user/carer Rest of England and Wales) – elected unopposed.

All four candidates were elected unopposed, which means that we will not be holding a ballot in any of our constituencies.

Trust Chair, Professor Sue Proctor, said: “I would like to congratulate Joanne, Sara and Ellie who are joining the Council for the first time and welcome back Andrew Johnson, who is returning for another term of office.

“I would also like to extend a very big thank you to everyone who took part in our elections and made it such a success”.
