At Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible work of our teams and individuals who go above and beyond to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Here are our latest winners for Team of the Month, Individual of the Month.

Team of the Month – Apprenticeships and Employability Team

We’re delighted to celebrate our Team of the Month for March 2026 – the Apprenticeships and Employability Team.

This newly formed team has already made a remarkable impact, demonstrating what can be achieved through collaboration, commitment and a shared passion for supporting others. Their hard work culminated in the delivery of the 2025/26 Apprenticeship Celebration and Awards Event on 27 March, an inspiring occasion that continues to grow year on year.

From planning through to delivery, the team showed exceptional dedication – listening to feedback, building strong relationships, and ensuring the event was as inclusive, meaningful and impactful as possible.

“The team have worked incredibly hard to deliver an event that continues to surpass expectations, creating a meaningful, inclusive and impactful celebration while supporting learners throughout their entire apprenticeship journey.”

While the celebration event was a standout success, it represents just one part of the team’s ongoing work. Throughout the year, they have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to support apprentices at every stage of their journey – helping individuals overcome challenges, build confidence and achieve their goals.

The event itself brought together more than 90 attendees, recognising not only the achievements of apprentices but also the vital support from colleagues, managers and families. It has helped strengthen pride, motivation and a culture of learning across the Trust
