Bringing our People Plan to life online

An easy way to keep in touch with progress on delivering our new People Plan

Our People Plan sets out our commitments to colleagues at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust so they can be their very best at work. We want to showcase the remarkable work of our staff and set out how we plan to continue this in the future.

However, describing what we want to achieve is one thing and delivering is another. That’s why we decided to bring the People Plan strategy document to life with its very own home on our website.

We’ve lifted our people ambitions off the page and created four themed areas broken down for you. You can view each theme’s commitments, ambitions and how we plan to measure progress at LYPFT. You can then journey through our interactive roadmap which sets out a timeline of objectives for the next few years. We will also be sharing stories of success, highlighting how our colleagues are putting the People Plan into practice.

We hope the site is dynamic and explains how we will provide a compassionate and inclusive culture, deliver excellent care and develop for the future.
