Quote from Lynne Mellor:
“I am really looking forward to joining LYPFT; and I am excited about contributing to how LYPFT leads the way in mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity care. I am currently working in the NHS as an Associate Non-Executive Director in Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust and have really enjoyed meeting staff and patients across the breadth of services in the Community. As a Non-Executive Director, I want to be assured that patients/service users get the best possible care and staff feel happy and supported.”
Lynne added that she is passionate about the NHS and deeply values the dedication of staff who work tirelessly to serve local communities. She was previously the Non-Executive Director for several years on the Board of York and Scarborough Teaching hospitals, championing improvements for patients and staff with a particular focus on digital, sustainability and culture change.
The Trust looks forward to welcoming Lynne and benefiting from her strategic insight, leadership experience, and deep commitment to public service.
