Congratulations to Trina, our STAR Award winner!

The most recent winner is Trina Hall, Ward Administrator for our Rehabilitation and Recovery Service in Leeds.

Trina works in the Rehabilitation and Recovery Service at Asket Croft, and was nominated by Sarah Tomlinson, Clinical Team Manager.

Sarah said: “Trina is a fantastic role model who takes the time to help others and provide them with the support they need. She’s always smiling, listening to others and is always positive.

“Trina is described by others in the team as ‘conscientious, brilliant, enthusiastic and approachable’ and she is constantly helping others. Nothing is too much trouble for her.”

Trina provides admin and clerical support for the service and has been with the team for more than 19 years. Following changes to her job role recently, Trina has continued to be an asset to the team.

Trina said: “I have a huge amount of job satisfaction and although I don’t live near Asket Croft and it’s a long way to come every day on public transport, I do it because I love my job. The team gets on so well together and I enjoy being ward-based and being closely involved with service users.

“I just do my job, but I’m happy to win a STAR Award and be recognised for the work I do.”

Trina was presented with the award and £100 worth of high street shopping vouchers by Susan Tyler, Director of Workforce Development.
