This is significant because it determines staff engagement and commitment to high quality care.
This will result to helping design and test every aspect having a lasting solution. A passion to create a Trust that their leaders, colleagues and service users are treated with respect and dignity to feel appreciated and supported accordingly.
Promote inclusivity where every person in the trust counts in every role, in all levels, feel empowered and inspired to lead positive change and also constantly learn, develop, flourish and deliver the best for their patients improving the people health and well-being in the Leeds communities.”
